I am Alena Le Blanc a personal stylist and wardrobe consultant, based out of the San Francisco Bay Area. I work with clients in-person and virtually. With a background in fashion design I use my knowledge of fabrics, fit, form and fun to help create a wardrobe that is personal and purposeful. I am here to help you maximize what you own and add pieces that align with where you want to be! After years of working in the fashion industry I have created my Styling System, which supports clients in curating a wardrobe that saves you time and energy and ensures you are showing up looking and feeling your best in every aspect of your life. This 5-step approach when working with clients in long term packages creates lasting transformation, confidence and ease with your style. Step 1) Shift- Working on mindset and helping you create clarity on how you want to show up, to attract more opportunities. Step 2) Sift- Go through what you own, release what no longer serves you. Step 3) Shop- Transform and elevate your style by adding the perfect pieces. Step 4) Style- Stepping into the next-level YOU. I used Alena's help for a styled brand photoshoot for my balloon business and I am so glad that I did! As a stay at home mom and small business owner, my style has been lost and I live in yoga pants and sweatshirts. I had clothes in my closet but I was lost on styling them and lacked the vision that Alena has. I showed her a dress that I love but couldn't stand how it looked on me because of the color, she instantly suggested a jean jacket which completely changed my mind and it's not one of my favorite outfits. I had Alena come to my brand photoshoot and she came so prepared. lotion, hairspray, combs, she even made me a custom lipstick onsite at the photoshoot. Throughout the brand photoshoot she would jump in and adjust my clothes and hair, and worked with the photographer, suggesting poses it was a MUST HAVE to have her onsite at the photoshoot. My consultation with Alena before the shoot, I lacked confidence in how I wore my clothes. She was so incredibly kind and went at my pace looking through my closet and having me try different outfits. I had a vision for the whole brand photoshoot, but the clothes were beyond me. She was able to capture me and my brand and help me communicate that, through my clothes and increase my confidence. I am so thankful that I had her for this photoshoot, and am excited to use what I learned from her, and apply it to my everyday life.

I have to admit that the idea of going through all of the clothes in my wardrobe was overwhelming at first, but Alena made it really easy and fun. I loved her suggestions about the colours that suited me and the combination of outfits, most of which I would not have considered because I'm fairly conservative. Most of all, I love the outfits she put together in Hue & Stripe which I am really eager to try out. I've been telling everyone about her! I highly recommend her services!

Fantastic experience from start to finish! Alena made me get out of my comfort zone of wearing the same black outfits. She made me feel excited to add pops of color and prints in my wardrobe. She was able to curate outfits that I would have never thought of! She even went through items and determine what needed to be tailored for my body shape. Could not recommend enough! I loved the entire experience

Le Blanc Label has helped me tremendously and taught me the skills I need to feel the best in my own clothes! I used to over buy, feel overwhelmed when looking at my closet, and stuck to the same outfit(s) that didn’t make me feel great. She did a great closet consult with me that blew my mind! She helped me reuse pieces, re style items I loved but just didn’t wear, and educated me on sustainability through fashion. I have maintained my closet and can actually enjoy my clothes again! I have also used Alena to style me for my business photoshoot, I felt amazing in what she picked out for me! It truly made the photos shine and stand out. I bumped into Alena by accident. She came for a Therapeutic Massage and I reached out to her a few weeks after, asking could she help me dress better and feel more confident as I wasn't too long in the USA and I didn't feel too confident in what I wore. I ended up buying the 3 month package with her. She was more than happy to help. She came to the closet curation and suggested that I throw most of my stuff that I didn't feel good in, out as it seemed out dated and I didn't shine in my clothes. She was very thorough in what I was looking for with suited colors and designs that suited my features and brought me shopping two weeks later. She was a pleasure to work with and the transformation in my confidence and my style was huge. She was always available during the 3 months and you could tell she was passionate in what she did. I trusted Alena through the whole process and some of the clothes I got, did take me out of my comfort zone and she encouraged me in the best way possible. I was sad the time was over and I learnt so much from Alena in that short time. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Although Thumbtack asks for an hourly rate, all my packages are a flat fee. My packages are put together to offer the most support to fit your styling needs. Packages start at $3000. Please see my website for package prices under the "Services" tab.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We have a phone consultation and talk about your needs. Before our video call I will have you fill out a questionnaire so we are focused and efficient on our call. Based on your pain points with your wardrobe I will suggest a package that best suits your needs.
