- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is No Up-Front Cost! My fees are a small percentage of the claim settlement we secure for you. If we do not recover for your loss, there is no cost.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a telephone consultation where you and I determine if my service is a good fit for you. If we determine, my service is a potential fit we typically schedule a meeting to complete an evaluation of the damage and further explore working together. If we choose to work together, I take over handling of your insurance claim and keep you updated throughout the process. There are no fees or obligations to explore my service.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
With 23+ years in the insurance industry, I have worked for several national insurance companies. In many roles, including Large Loss Claims Manager, I drove high-level decision making, trained and coached 100+ claims adjusters and managers, and managed 20,000+ claims with over $300 million in settlements. I hold multiple prestigious designations including Chartered Property Casualty Underwriter, Associate In Claims Management, and Property Claims Law Associate. This experience and education gives me unique understanding of insurance company operations, procedures, and tactics. I use all of this to get the best possible settlement of insurance claims.
