Sean responded promptly and showed up on time for the inspection, which was thorough - including crawling through my hot attic. He explained the problem and my options very clearly. He was on time for the service, completed the work in the exact amount of time he estimated and charged me the same amount as his original quote. He was meticulous about not making a mess and cleaned up everything afterwards. It will take some time to find out if the termites are gone but I feel confident about the work. I would definitely recommend Pest Shield.
