When working with a customer, I typically follow a process that includes initial contact, scheduling an appointment at their preferred location, confirming the appointment details, meeting the customer at the scheduled time and location, completing the notarization, and following up with the customer afterward to ensure their satisfaction. This process helps me provide professional and reliable notary services to my clients while maintaining a high level of communication and attention to detail. *All customers must have a valid state issued I.D, driver's license, or passport.*
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a commissioned notary public in the state of California and certified by the National Notary Association. I have completed training courses in notary public services , loan signing, and estate planning. I have experience providing mobile notary services for a variety of legal documents, including loan documents, wills, and power of attorney forms.
