Very friendly family, because the house is much bigger than they expected. In order to complete the task with quality and quantity, Sergio called his son today, and the three of them did the whole house deep cleaning and carpet cleaning together. They are very professional, and the smiles of their family They are all very beautiful, and I will ask them to do it next time I have cleaning needs.

Hired based on all of the great reviews but unfortunately a little disappointed in the work that was done, good amount of dirt and dust left behind and only spent 1 1/2 when I was told would take 2 hours. Also was asking my daughter how “expensive” our dog was telling her that she needed to train him which I feel is inappropriate. Unfortunately it just wasn’t a fit. Maybe they had an off day today, but for now I will be continuing my search for a reliable house cleaner.

Hi I’m sorry if me wife ask for the dog I don’t think is a big deal but I respect you decisions and you daughter tell me that the dog peed on the floor and I try to help and I know is no me dog but I think is no big deal too I’m friendly whit the pets but me apologies and we dusty everything and I try to walk whit you husband before we leaving but he’s busy and I don’t want disturb him and is no excuse but we do a good job about the time I said 2 hours but is only estimate time sometimes we expend more time but anyways but I'm sorry if I bothered you about the dog my apologies and thank you for the opportunity have a great weekend

I contacted Sergio via text late on a Saturday; he replied almost immediately with a quote and he arrived as promised early Sunday AM and did a thoroughly professional job on my one bedroom apartment. Cleaning needed to complete an apartment move-out. I could not be more satisfied with his service. Highly recommended.
