- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Sellers- I provide a menu of service level options for listings at different commission price points. Buyers- 99% of the time, I am paid by the seller in a transaction. Buyers do not typically pay for my services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always start with a client consultation to get a feel for what your real estate goals are, and to make sure that I am the best fit for you as an agent. This consultation is typically concluded by a strategic plan- whether that be for marketing your listing, finding you that perfect home, or both!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed the California real estate licensing course in 2016 through Accredited Real Estate School in Fair Oaks, CA. Since then, I have also completed 45 hours of continued education for Realtors. I am a certified MRP (Military Relocation Professional) and VA loan expert, specially trained in working with military & veteran clients. In addition, I attend trainings, classes, seminars & webinars on a regular basis to stay current on the local real estate market and every aspect of home sales from marketing & negotiation, to compliance & housing laws.
