- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We have very reasonable pricing and work with our customers. We do not have any hidden fees. We will give you a quote based on the information that you provide, and we will do our very best to beat that estimate. We do charge a minimum so please give us a call to discuss the details in regard to your move so we can give you a proper quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When our customers first connect with us we ask a handful of questions to better assess the job so we are able to give a more accurate estimate. Once confirmation is set up, we add the move date to our schedule and check in a few times before hand. On the day of, we will call when we are on our way. Once we arrive, we will go over the plan and get to work.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have 25 years' experience in the moving industry and know all the right ways to pack and move items big and small to assure safety and security.
