Jeff was so honest that he told me he couldn't clean my mother's 20 year old carpeting in a way I would be satisfied. He walked away from a scheduled hour of work. He also stayed and advised me on what type of carpeting to buy that would hold up the best. He puts the customer first and obviously takes pride in his company. I never have the time to write reviews, but he deserves the recognition.

We used Jeff to clean our bathroom tiles that were covered in grout haze and excess grout. It was a horrible mess, which neither my husband nor I thought could be salvaged shy of replacing most of the stone tiles. Jeff looked it over, brought in his equipment, and in a reasonable amount of time and at a very reasonable cost, he and Alicia put a totally new face on the bathroom. Before leaving I asked Jeff to look at a spot on our carpet that had been an eyesore for a very long time. Without hesitation he cleaned the whole area, got the spot, renewed the carpet, and all for a very small additional cost. We plan to use Jeff in the future and we highly recommend him, Alicia, and Designer Carpet Care!
