- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to deliver world-class service at reasonable prices and in the shortest time. The Diagnostics fee is waived if you choose PRO MAX APPLIANCE REPAIR to do the repairs. Our labor fees according to KBB (Kelley Blue Book for Appliances), and we could save you time and money ordering the needed supplies.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We are a customer-centric business, thus they are our top priority. By phone call or messages we need to know your basic info and the issue with the appliance for the technician to come with any extra tools/supplies if needed. The technician will come to the address, perform diagnostics and inform the client with the issue and repair procedure. Most of our appliances are repaired on the spot, but for some, we need to order extra parts, for them, we have trusted suppliers. If so, one more appointment for installation and we are done!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our techs are self driven and motivated by the passion for electronics, machinery, customer service with precision. We spent majority of our lives, fixing electronics, appliances, vehicles and have a collective experience of 50+ years.
