I was very happy Paul responded to my request for help.
He said he’d come over in 20 minutes and he did. And this was on a Sunday.
My oven wasn’t heating and he checked it out and solved the problem. He had the part so he fixed it and I could continue with my Christmas baking.
Paul is very personable and polite.
He even asked if he should remove his shoes!!
He was a joy to talk with.
I will definitely call him whenever I need any large appliances repaired.

Paul was an exceptional tech who replaced a torn gasket on a GE 2 in 1 Profile Combo Washer Dryer. The unit is new and complex, and he did a stellar job replacing it with a new one.
This was an urgent, last minute call out and he arrived within hours after I had reached out. He was courteous, professional, extremely nice and did an outstanding job. If you need help with your appliance repair, he is your man.
He's fast, professional, and does an awesome job!
