Luis was very professional and friendly. He analyzed the situation of my leaking washer and then took time to explained his findings. It was luckily a quick fix. The tech was actually here early and quickly diagnosed the problem and repaired the dryer. He also took a look at the washer at no cost to make sure it wasn't in need of any maintenance. He was thorough and polite, and the price was so reasonable!
