I had an upstairs bathroom leak which caused the two story floor damage. I chose their service to restore and I ended up remodeling the entire house (bathrooms kitchen and flooring). I received a great service and price from them. Thank you.

I had the unfortunate luck with having two leaks in a span of two months. When I had the first leak, the mitigation company recommended Rigid for the restoration part of the water damage. Shawn, the owner, was very quick to get me an estimate on the repair work to submit to the insurance. Once everything was dry, they quickly put up the drywall and spray texture. When it was time for the paiting, that's when we noticed the 2nd leak and called Shawn ASAP. He came out quickly to assess the damage of the 2nd claim to submit to the insurance. When the drywall was completed for the 2nd leak, he sent his guy to finally paint and finish up any touch-ups needed. All in all, I am very satisfied with the restoration work his team did and looks just like it was before the water damage. Shawn is very reliable and if you ever need to get a hold of him, he will always answer. Fantastic job!!!
