Ahoy fitness pilgrims and wandering souls looking for a temple to shred those 'extra layers'! I must tell you about this sanctuary in Carlsbad, CA, where you're more likely to find a six-pack than a six-pack of beer (though, hey, balance is key). Yes, I'm talking about the one and only Yofit, run by the dynamic duo Cal and Staci. These folks know their stuff, and by 'stuff,' I mean turning couch potatoes into lean, mean, gym-loving machines.Before Yofit, I was 215 lbs of "mostly human," and by that I mean a body composition that was two parts jiggly to one part wiggly. My energy level was like a drained smartphone battery, perpetually stuck at 2%. But then, I waltzed into Yofit and my life was flipped like a pancake on a Sunday morning.Cal and Staci are like the Gandalf and Galadriel of fitness, guiding you through an epic journey from fluff to buff. My workouts with them were never a bore; they were more diversified than a savvy stock portfolio. From weightlifting to cardio, and even the mysterious land of yoga, they had it all!They managed to chase away my chronic shoulder pain as if they were shooing away pigeons from a park bench. It's as if my shoulder was auditioning for a tragedy and they turned it into a rom-com! If I were a car, they basically took me from a 'check engine' light to 'ready to race'.You know you're in good hands when your trainers treat your goals like their latest Netflix bingeutterly obsessed and committed to see it to the end. You're not just another face in the crowd; you're the star of the show.Now, I weigh a fit-tastic 178 lbs and am less than 25% body fat. I've got more zest for life than a lemon at a summer BBQ.So if you're in Carlsbad and want to transform from a loosely packed burrito into a tightly rolled sushi, Yofit is your go-to place. Your 'fit'ure self will thank you.

Yofit is AMAZING!!!!! If I could give this place 100 stars I would. The trainers are amazing, they are so encouraging and kind. Just overall an amazing place and I can't say enough good things about them. I think everyone should go there!!!!

Joined this fitness studio about two months ago and havent looked back since! You can feel the energy shift when you walk in. The owners are both very uplifting and train hard. I have seen results from their customizable program quicker than any other fitness program I have tried. I love them and their studio!!!!

I have absolutely loved being a member at YoFit. All of the trainers are wonderful and provide 1:1 support throughout classes. I have loved having strength training, circuit/cardio work and yoga all in one place. Highly recommend if you are looking for a smaller gym where people know your name and are happy you are there!
