- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices are based on the style and ingredients request by the client, we will do our best to work with in a reasonable budget with out compromising flavor or quality of our services.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First Starting with the budget and style of food and service in mind, second to narrow food choices for the menu then details on the guest food preferences etc and third to booked the event/time to lock the date for our availability.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I worked at a restaurant at age 18 and since then I always been in the food industry, I’m a native Mexican so we always help cooking traditional dishes for our big family. I’ve also worked with a Trained Chef for a couple years who taught me a great deal, I’ve taken cooking clases at Sur the table to gain new skills.
