My last hypnotherapy session with Adam was on February 27, of 2025. I can confidently say that he has been the best therapist I have ever worked with in my life. After the 7 sessions we had I see myself as a changed person, and I cannot imagine going back to where I was before in my mindset again. The experience and insight provided here is something I will keep in the tablet of my heart for the rest of my life. The best advice I can give to anyone interested in hypnotherapy is to allow yourself to receive. Adam is receptive to the interests and needs of his clients, and if you allow yourself to do the same, then progress is bound to occur.

Following a recent motorcycle accident. I was suffering from pain in my wrists and hands and also flashbacks to the accident.
After only a few sessions with Adam, the flashbacks are gone and the pain is substantially less and much more manageable with physio.
I would definitely recommend Adam McKey.
