- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Full House Handyman typically does not compete on price, which allows for prompt service, best-in-class guarantees, and optimal work quality. For most jobs, clients will receive an out-the-door labor quote. Published rates are subject to adjustment for atypical scope. A materials estimate will be provided when necessary, with the final cost of materials billed upon project completion. Full House Handyman offers the following discounts: • Frequent Flyer Program: 10-20% discount on recurring work • Fish-Are-Friends Rewards: $100 paid to both you and your referral
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Full House Handyman utilizes the following workflow to guarantee the best customer experience: 1) New customers will be asked for their full name, phone number, and service address, along with photo or video assets relevant to the work request for quoting, scheduling, and materials acquisition. 2) Prior to your appointment and depending on your contact preference, Full House Handyman will call or text 30 minutes prior to arrival to provide notice and confirmation. 3) For most work, payment is due upon completion including any materials costs. In some circumstances, partial down payment may be required depending on scope or materials cost. 4) Lastly, Full House Handyman provides a complimentary follow up contact 1-2 months after completion to ensure you continue to be satisfied with the work.

Owner Benjamin grew up working construction and farming, and has since been involved with residential and commercial projects including new construction, remodels and additions. Competencies include foundations, framing, windows and doors, roofing, siding, exterior stone, insulation, drywall, cabinet installation, finish carpentry, painting, flooring, plumbing fixtures, electrical fixtures, home use fixtures, landscaping, and general handyman labor.
