- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
offer personalized, one-on-one gentle yoga and functional strength coaching designed to help adults 50+ move better, feel stronger, and stay confident in their bodies. Pricing is based on session length and frequency: 60-minute private sessions: $125 45-minute private sessions: $110 Most clients begin with 2–3 sessions per week to build momentum and steady progress. For long-term clients, I also offer monthly memberships, which include flexible scheduling, email support, and reserved weekly time slots. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I take a personalized, step-by-step approach to make sure your movement journey feels supported and personal: 1️⃣ Free Discovery Call – We start with a friendly chat to explore your goals, challenges, and the kind of support you're looking for. 2️⃣ Customized Coaching Plan – I’ll create a tailored movement program based on your abilities and long-term goals—whether that means easing stiffness, building strength, or moving with more confidence. 3️⃣ Private 1:1 Sessions (Online) – We meet virtually for sessions that blend gentle yoga, functional strength, and mindful movement—always adapted to how your body feels that day. 4️⃣ Ongoing Support – You’ll receive real-time coaching during sessions and can reach out anytime for encouragement or adjustments between sessions. My goal is simple: to help you move better, feel stronger, and stay independent for years to come.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I hold a Master’s Degree in Clinical Exercise Physiology, specializing in movement, rehabilitation, and aging. I’m also a Certified Yoga Instructor (RYT-200), with additional training in Gentle Yoga, and a Certified Professional Health & Wellbeing Coach. With 14+ years of experience, I bring together science-backed training, yoga, and personalized coaching to help older adults move confidently and stay strong at any age.
