The length of time I have taught (30+ years) has allowed me to separate out the extraneous material included in First Aid and CPR training so that the important information is covered, while making sure it is retained and used with confidence by my students. The instructor was very patient and worked at a great pace. Constantly checked in and asked us if we had any questions to ensure no confusion or misunderstandings. Overall, great experience!!

Andrea did such an excellent job providing myself, my sister and my mom with a thorough Infant, Child & Adult CPR and First Aid Training. She was flexible with our availability and even traveled to our home at no additional cost. She was well prepared with a visual presentation and training tools allowing us to participate in her hands-on demonstrations. I needed to complete my CPR training for school, and she provided me with a legitimate certificate at the conclusion of our training. I will also be nannying for my baby niece soon, and I feel significantly more confident to handle an emergency if anything were to happen. I highly recommend Andrea to all who are needing to being CPR certified or simply wish to refresh their skills.

Andrea was very prepared and thorough in educating our group of 4. We asked her to focus on infant and child, and she was happy to go into more depth so that we would be well prepared to take care of our 5 month old in any situation that comes up. She answered our many questions and even gave us some tips on exact positioning of our baby for choking and CPR.

No complicated pricing system, cost is $65/per person. Cost includes a book, and a great teacher!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I am more than happy to answer any and all questions they might have. We work together at the customers pace and will not progress further until they are satisfied with what they have learned.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The National Safety Council requires its instructors to certify on all updates and classes are routinely monitored by proctors to make sure that the information is delivered correctly.
