Showed up on time and provided good service as described. Even came back to rectify a missed light in the installation. Only thing for future customers is the price could have been more transparent and clear, a price range was given but was charged the upper end despite being pitched the lower end of the range.

These guys were the best! I strongly recommend! My furniture was wrapped and TV’s were removed and packed well. They were so communicative and professional. I never thought it would be as smooth and easy as it was, but these gentlemen really knew what they were doing and were very friendly and fast! Thank you to Extra Hand.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Thumbtack charges us a small fee in order for us to respond to your request. We request all of our customers to reimburse us this fee. In most cases it is negotiable! If you need more space then a pick up truck we can bring an 8.5x16ft enclosed moving trailer; equivalent to a 16ft U-HAUL. Only a one time charge of $45. Double drive-time is a CA Law but only associates with your job if you’re moving 10 or more miles.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Each one of our employees must have years of experience and specialize in the service they’re providing. They must pass their background check, pass a series of tests, go through our intensive training, and must obtain a license for the service before entering the field. We only hire the best of the best. We set high expectations they must meet before being considered a part of our team.
