In my 7 years of architectural experience I have acquired many skills. My portfolio consist primarily of residential and affordable housing projects. I like to pursue projects that demand innovative and progressive answers. Whether in a piece of furniture or in an urban master plan, our ambitions are to materialize inventive solutions into influential, evocative, and functional design projects. Using sustainable design and innovative design, my focus is to provide the client with the best design experience. I am hands on in every single project. I believe that project management through the entirety of the project is crucial to creating a seamless working relationship and final project. My first objective and what I enjoy most is to always make the best attempt to accomplish the goals that my Employers or Clients want. I'm a hard-worker and always dedicated to my work, I make sure that all my work is done efficiently and accurately.

Really recommend Adam for any of your drafting needs. He was incredibly responsive and punctual and very communicative which I appreciate. Bonus points that my dog liked him too! I would 10/10 hire him again and really appreciate his expertise.

We hired Adam to draft and design drawings/plans for permitting purposes - conversion of part of a residential property into an attached an ADU as well as a remodeling project. Adam was excellent throughout the entire process - from drafting and designing plans to the issuance of permits. He was professional, reliable, and responsive. Adam delivered a great service for the value. I highly recommend Adam for anyone needing a reasonably-priced designer and planning to to get building permits in the City of Pasadena.

He was the first to respond. I like that. The appointment was set for the same day within a couple of hours. I like that. Very personable. Can I get a better deal? The answer is most likely yes. However, there is no better value to the fast response & willingness to get things done in a timely manner. I am hoping to get my city permits Tuesday morning & give this fine guy my next couple of projects. I am glad I met such a responsive guy.

My fees are based on a percentage of amount of work and cost to print and submit documents to the city for permitting.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My typical process with working with a new client is to meet with them and discuss their needs. Once their needs have been identified then I provided the highest possible quality of work for the client in an efficient and timely manner.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have a Bachelor of Architecture from Woodbury University and have 3 years experience working in architecture. I have done work from single family residence to working on affordable housing projects.
