- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The 1st session is free. The focus of this 1st session is to get an understanding of your workout and nutrition history, your goals, injuries, and medical conditions. This session will also contain a moment analysis to identify any movement dysfunctions which could lead to injuries in the future. Lastly, we will establish trainer-client expectations, how many times a week we will meet, and times. After this, all workout programs will uploaded either be through a workout app called Trainerize or on paper. We will also establish your weekly and daily goals.

- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I weighed 200 lbs and I wanted to drop down to a healthier weight so I hire a Personal Trainer. I fell in love with weight training and how the quality of life improved with fitness. I on a pre-med route but switched from help people after being sick to a preventive career in personal training.
