I contacted this company to repair water damage to my garage after my upstairs neighbor took it upon himself to perform construction work on his unit’s 2 toilets. My neighbor ultimately damaged the wax ring around his toilets which caused them to both overflow and leak water down into the drywall of my attached garage. My initial interaction with this company started off pretty well. At first, they were very responsive to my questions. She even responded to me via E-mail after outside of normal business hours. However, it was all downhill from there. The largest area of concern is a lack of communication between office and field staff. Despite being promised by office staff that a field team would show up on a certain day within a 4 hour window, the field team never showed up. Of the 4 days of vacation I used to stay at home and wait for a field team to show up and do repairs/pick up equipment, they only showed up 2 days.

We came home from vacation on a Sunday night to a hole in our ceiling, due to a water leak. I called Water Damage Rescue and they were at my house in about an hour! Chris was amazing! They cleaned up the mess, put plastic down to protect my carpet and set up dryers quickly. He followed up with me and came to re-check to make sure everything was drying properly. Very professional. Excellent service!!

They came to the appointment early and they got all the water damage taken care of within 2 hours or so. Chris and Kevin were pretty quick on getting all the affected areas and getting the damaged dry wall and carpet taken out and setting up the fans to dry the wet area

I had water leak in the house. Eduardo showed up within an hour and called other helper Salvador and stayed until midnight to clean s up and put drying fan. Next day Chris came and took over the responsibility. they all were very professional, and courteous and were very helpful. Next time if I need, I will call them first
