- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
INTEX design is offering interior design, furniture selection, & 3D design services. For 3D services we believe that in order to be able to provide the highest quality renders, and give you the best customer service- we need time. We do not want you to be in a rush for the hourly payment for the 3D design phase and for that reason, we keep flat rates. Prices will change according to size, and details. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our 3D process includes 1 in person meeting (if you prefer not to meet due to health concerns we are able to make a zoom meeting and adjust the cost). During the meeting, we will take measurements, and will discuss with you ideas and materials (tiles, floorings, lights and so on..), in order to understand your vision. We will give you our professional input regarding styles and choices, and we will help you build an inspiration board. After the meeting, it will take about a week until you will get your "real life" 3D rendering to be able to see your space. After taking the time to review, you can send us your changes and we will make them for you. We are always available for free zoom calls\phone calls in case you need farther assistance. Also, as we are in the business for few years now, we worked with many construction companies and can hep you choose the right contractor for you! An insight secret- some of the construction companies will take down the 3D design cost from the total cost of the project! Please contact us for more info
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
It is a family owned business. Some of us took classes and some of us learned growing up to this.
