- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Currently we have a 20% labor.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First we receive a service request, put name,address appliance information to our system, schedule an appointment. When technician is on his way, customer recieves a text/call notification. Technician does a full diagnostic of the appliance and gives an estimate, if customer approves the estimate, technician proceed with repair. Sometimes parts need to be ordered, at this case we collect a $100 prepay , order parts. When parts received, part installation is scheduled. After the repair is completed, we collect the ballance.

All our technician are trained/certified.
