Sarah is an awesome trainer! I started going to Sarah with the aim of getting stronger, feeling better about my body, keeping my mind sharp, healing my injuries, losing some weight, and staving off old age for as long as possible. None of those are easy asks. I’ve been meeting with Sarah twice a week for the past year. She’s given me all of what I asked for and more! She’s also incredibly knowledgeable about the human body. She’s cautious with my injuries. Sarah really knows her stuff! I would not do any of this without her guidance. She’s also incredibly kind, reliable, funny, thoughtful, and compassionate. She’s been available outside of the gym to answer my questions and provide suggestions by phone and email. I’m so grateful to have her as a part of my regular routine. I highly recommend her.

I’ve been working with Sarah for about six months now. She is extremely knowledgeable and has helped me work around my injuries. I am stronger, more agile and my muscle definition is getting me compliments all over the place! I’m am extremely grateful and I highly recommend her.

I have some physical disabilities, but since I have been training with Sarah, my balance has improved, I am stronger, and I have lost 28 pounds. Sarah is a fantastic trainer. What i appreciate the most is her ability to adjust the workout when I come in with an ache or pain and the exercises that she has me do relieve any pain by the time i leave to workout.
