FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Organic Lawn Care saves money. The race to a healthy lawn isn’t a sprint to the finish, it’s a marathon. By practicing organic lawn care your soil will build and heal its own natural ecosystem. After weaning chemically dependent lawns off of pesticides and fertilizers your lawn will be able to sustain its health organically over a long period of time. This means that you’ll no longer have to spend money on nasty chemicals three times a year (as suggested by the companies that sell these products.) Once your soil becomes healthy again, it will independently take control of its internal ecosystem and will be much cheaper to maintain. Financial Savings Through Time: According to a report by Grassroots Environmental Education that examines the cost comparison between chemical turf management and organic turf management, “Irrigation costs… are generally less for naturally maintained fields due to deep root growth and moisture retention by organic matter.” It makes sense that organic nutrients will feed organic matter better than unnatural, chemically synthetic products. Always remember that short term fixes like pesticides, herbicides, and synthetic fertilizers yield short term gains, but can leave long term problems. Organic lawn care will leave you with a sustainably healthy lawn and you will see long term financial savings.
