We offer transparent flat-fee pricing with milestone payment schedule.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Depending on amount of detail provided in your request, we might quote your project right away or request a phone or zoom call to gather more information. We also offer onsite paid consultations (appointment fee will be waived if we hired afterwards).
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our building designers and engineers have 45 years of combined experience and have successfully designed and permitted hundreds of projects across California. Our engineering team members are licensed and maintain good standing.
