Alex install 2 widespread faucets and did a great job replacing and installing everything. He ran into some roadblocks with the piping and explained how we would fix it and even come back the next day to finish up the job. I really appreciate the openness and communication we had.
I would highly recommend Alex and definitely use him again if needed.

Well I got a first visit from a different plumber and was not happy about the cost or the extent of the job (by the way they charged for the visit) so I looked for a second opinion... I reach out to Alex and he came the very next day.. (for a free assessment). Very punctual, very professional. He told me the cost and the job would last about 3 hours.. I ordered the part (Kohler faucet set) from Home Depot and called him once I received it. He came back a couple of days later and did great job replacing the faucets on part with its estimate in cost and time... I would recommend Alex for any plumbing job. He is a good guy, honest and very competent at its job. He saved me a lot of money.. I will call him again if necessary. Alex should change his name from Pretty Good Plumbing to Excellent Plumbing
