- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
That the fee she is paying is worth the makeup that has been done on her since it is being done by a professional in the field and that she trusts the magic of the process.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing is to know my client, to be helpful and kind with him/her, to always ask the tastes of each person, to consult if he/she has any idea of the type of makeup he/she wants, what type of event he/she is going to attend, what type of makeup he/she wants for that moment and the most important thing is to give the best of myself in each job I do, since my greatest reward is to see the smile of my client at the end of the makeup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I am a certified makeup artist in different courses of makeup since every so often I take courses according to market trends.
