- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a deposit that I hold for the entire time we do business. It will be returned or applied to a final invoice if we stop doing business together. Just like a rental deposit. This is to cover me for the approximate amount of work I do for you in a months time because I only send my billing after the work is complete. I run the risk of not getting paid without this.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I offer a complimentary consultation at a location of your choice. Then, if interested in moving forward; together we determine the best plan based on your business needs. All work is completed from my home office unless other arrangements are agreed to.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have my bachelors degree in business accounting from California State University Fullerton, 1994. I have been employed as a staff accountant, controller, and human resource manager prior to starting my own bookkeeping business in 2009.
