I needed a groomer the same day and I called other groomers multiple of times and they gave me the run around I so happen to get in contact with Michelle who was very punctual and return my messages and she was able to get my dog Bruno groomed right away she's very professional and humble and she has high value when it comes to her work ethic! Love her grooming skills! and I would hig recommend thank you Michelle for all your great work

Michelle did very well with our 16 year old shih-tzu She was very nervous yet Michelle was patient and kind and it went wonderfully. Michelle sets up in home and cleans up and left our old pup fluffy and beautiful. We will definitely be using Michie’s Pampered Pets again 😊

Wow! I am so thrilled to have finally found the groomer I’ve been dreaming of for Zoey, my tiny, adorable Yorkie! Unsatisfactory results with several local shops led me to a search of mobile groomers. Michie took this to a new level. A highly professional, friendly, artistic groomer that can come into my home, set up her shop in short order, with use of my kitchen sink and her portable work table and superior tools. Michie ( Michelle!) and my three-legged Zoey, hit it off instantly! You can tell she has an inborn love of animals, and Zoey knew it also. Michie bathed and groomed with me in the room, something I had thought impossible. Zoey was like putty in her hands. She allowed Michie to do every single thing she needed to do to get the best cut possible, as well as getting her tiny paws cleaned up and and nails trimmed. If I had tried these things, I’d have bite marks all over my hands! And her bathing products vary with needs of individual dogs. Zoey’s hair was so soft and shiny, and is still ten days later! Yes, it is a bit more expensive, but Michie’s incredible professionalism, her artistic skills, her years of building her great reputation, the quality of her extensive tools, and the storage system which allows her to present uncompromising grooming, all combine to make up Michie, a lovely woman who is now my groomer of choice. Thank you, Michie! Zoey thanks you also!

My pup, Carlie loved Michelle. She was kind, gentle and loving with my pup and did an excellent job. I will never go anywhere else again for grooming. It was the best experience and my dog looks adorable!

This was truly an amazing company. Very convenient, safe and helpful. Michie came to my home and groomed both my dogs and took a complete load off my shoulders. She was punctual and professional. I’ve already set 3 more appointments. So happy with this service.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My starting price for small dogs starts between $100-$175 for short haired dogs, $140-$250 for small dogs needing haircuts, and $250+ for medium dogs! I don't groom big/large dogs. 30lbs or less! I don't groom cats!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2004- Grooming School through Petsmart 2007- Groomed at Petco 2008-2016- Groomed at various shops (Moreno Valley, Redlands, and San Diego) 2017- Focusing on my House Call Business!
