- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer both hourly rates and retainer options to best suit my clients' needs and budgets. My hourly rate is varies, and retainers are customized based on the scope of the project and anticipated time commitment. For long-term projects or clients who commit to ongoing retainers, I'm happy to discuss discounted rates. I believe in transparency, so we'll always have a clear agreement upfront about the project scope, deliverables, and associated costs. While I strive to include everything within the agreed-upon scope, there might be occasional expenses for specific projects, such as specialized software subscriptions or travel costs for in-person meetings. These will always be discussed and approved by you in advance.

Ongoing Communication & Reporting: I'll keep you informed every step of the way, providing regular updates, performance reports, and opportunities for feedback. Evaluation & Refinement: We'll continuously analyze the results, making adjustments to the strategy as needed to maximize your ROI.

I hold an MBA and have over 22 years of experience in the marketing field. My education provided me with a strong foundation in business strategy, marketing principles, and data analysis.
