We are licensed for both which is very important, not just a General Contractor who sub's the work out to a Pool Builder. We strive to provide 110% Customer service, and have our in-house design team consisting of designers, a principal Architect and Engineering, Structural and Civil, with 3-D Modeling. We also work with a few amazing Geologists to provider all necessary soils reports, samples, lab testing and certified compaction. We will do WHATEVER it takes to make our customers happy! James is a pro who fully knows his business. The job was to demo an existing water feature to allow us to recapture this area in our backyard. James provided the most reasonable estimate and started the work quickly. While the job turned out to be harder than expected James stood by his original estimate and stayed the course with a very positive attitude until the work was completed.

I recently purchased a house with a pond that was in decay. This is where I did my research; looking for the most qualified person to bring my pond to life. The reason I went with James is due to his great customer service. He came out to my home, listened to my ideas and gave me a blueprint of what I needed to get the pond going. He quickly drafted a clean, detailed invoice showing exactly what he will do to ensure that there aren't any hidden charges. To my suprise James' bid is very competitive and affordable. My pond did take longer than expected because of the terrible shape it was in. Futhermore James always communicates daily on what he will be doing before he comes over. Because he wants to make sure his customers are happy, he threw in something extra for me which I am much appreciated. Attached is the picture of what he did for my pond. It started off as a stinky moat to a hotel like swimming pool pond.

My pond was a mess due to my old pond guy's neglect. My fish were sick. James started the process to clean it all up which will take time I know. It already looks much better! He helped the fish, cleaned up the filters, waterfall and pump. Scheduled a follow up in a fw days and called me the next day to make sure all was well. James is very knowledgeable and dedicated to customer satisfaction. I would highly recommend his service!
