FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I start by talking with the customer over the phone or exchanging text messages to figure out exactly what the customer needs. If it is a computer issue, I can either travel to the customer and pick up the system, or the customer can bring the system to me. I like to spend extra time with each customer to make sure there are no other issues with the system they would like me to address. After the customer's issue has been resolved, I make a follow-up call within a week to make sure the customer is happy with the work. I also ask if there are issues with any of the customers' other devices. If there are any other issues, I adjust my schedule to accommodate the customer .
- What types of customers have you worked with?
I have worked with business owners, retired individuals, graphic designers, video game artists, first time computer users, and anyone else who would like help with their tech issues. I am happy to work with anyone who needs help.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
The best advice I can give would be to list a model number, serial number or part number on a request, if it is an issue with a tech device. This can help me identify the problem - and help the potential client - better and faster.
