- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We warranty our work for 5 years, if we do the wall surface preparation.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Ideally we prefer to perform in-person estimate visits followed by the installation. Hanging wallpaper so that the final install is perfectly smooth, bubble-free, and without any seams gapping, cracking, peeling , etc, is a complex interaction between the wall surface, the adhesive, and the paper. If we can examine the wall surface we can provide the best estimate price, because we know exactly what will be needed to prep the walls correctly. For the install itself, day 1 is priming and prepping the walls, then allowing them to completely dry. Days 2+ are for the installation. We always do a final inspection 5-7 days after the last installation day, to be sure there are no flaws in the installation, and correct any issues that we find.
