Highly recommended. Prosper Construction Development remodeled my loft from the ground up---new kitchen, new downstairs bathroom, and all new electrical. Everything was top notch and completed on-time. Adam our project manager kept us up to date on all phases of the project, was on-site most of the time, and his team was great. Prosper is an artist and such a great guy to work with. We did a walk through and talked about the ideas and changes we wanted to make. They gave me all the information I needed - suggested designs, budget, possible changes along the way and realistic timeline. My remodel is stunning - it has totally changed the look of my home. He was very hands on and ensured to communicate what needs to be done. Overall we’re happy and it was great working with Prosper and Adam.

I had lived in my house for two years but were just at a loss on what to do with a particular room. For two years we hated it and kept looking online for ideas. Upon a recommendation, I called Prosper Construction Development and could not have been happier with the results. Prosper was very organized, both on site and with recording everything that we (my wife) kept adding. We remodeled both bathrooms, the master bedroom, and our daughter's bathroom. Prosper did such a great job of simplifying the process. The function of each space is greatly improved; the workmanship is high quality; and the attention to aesthetic details has been exceptional. He also had good advice about colors and was creative in solving the challenges of a small home! The work looks amazing and the quality of the painting, including bathrooms and master bedroom was first rate.

Thank you for your amazing crew and Mark and Prosper helping us add on and develop our 4 bedroom house. We had two guest bathrooms that needed to be built, and ideally in a months time since we had family coming to town. The Prosper Construction team were very thorough and professional and we loved the idea and concept they brought to life. Mark made sure everything came together and diligently followed up on every single detail. Not only did they complete the job more quickly that I had planned, they also added several design suggestions, which actually enhanced the usable space. We will be calling them in the future for our master bath.

Prosper Construction Development is a great company by far. They have some of the very best qualities and do a amazing job at what they do best. I have a family member that used Prosper Construction development to remodel there kitchen, bedroom, and living room, and I can honestly say that I am breath taking by the wonderful job they did. They had been looking for a company that can turn there home into a fabulous home then they had before, and Prosper Construction Development exceeded those expectations. They mentioned that everyone whom works at the company is great, especially Daniel whom helped them out alot during there quotes and remodeling structure until the finishing project was done.
I recently contacted them regarding a quote on remodeling my kitchen and they responded back to me very quickly and was very detailed in there response, explaining everything that they offer and all the services that they do as well. I must say that Prosper Construction development is a company that I recommend to anyone who needs something remodeled in there house. They will work with you on your structure giving you all the possible options that they offer as well.
