Highly recommended. Prosper Construction Development remodeled my loft from the ground up---new kitchen, new downstairs bathroom, and all new electrical. Everything was top notch and completed on-time. Adam our project manager kept us up to date on all phases of the project, was on-site most of the time, and his team was great. Prosper is an artist and such a great guy to work with. We did a walk through and talked about the ideas and changes we wanted to make. They gave me all the information I needed - suggested designs, budget, possible changes along the way and realistic timeline. My remodel is stunning - it has totally changed the look of my home. He was very hands on and ensured to communicate what needs to be done. Overall we’re happy and it was great working with Prosper and Adam.

I had lived in my house for two years but were just at a loss on what to do with a particular room. For two years we hated it and kept looking online for ideas. Upon a recommendation, I called Prosper Construction Development and could not have been happier with the results. Prosper was very organized, both on site and with recording everything that we (my wife) kept adding. We remodeled both bathrooms, the master bedroom, and our daughter's bathroom. Prosper did such a great job of simplifying the process. The function of each space is greatly improved; the workmanship is high quality; and the attention to aesthetic details has been exceptional. He also had good advice about colors and was creative in solving the challenges of a small home! The work looks amazing and the quality of the painting, including bathrooms and master bedroom was first rate.

In planning our remodeling projects, my husband and I reviewed bids from no fewer than eight different contractors -- a process that was time-consuming and, as first-time renovators, overwhelming. Prosper did an OUTSTANDING job communicating with me prior to and throughout our remodel, advising me on materials we could use as well as receiving quality communication throughout the process. He made sure everything was done correctly and to the specifications. The installation of the work is really well done and looks exactly as we had envisioned and designed. They were friendly, informative, punctual, and just outright amazing. I love my new bathroom it came out so beautiful! I highly recommend this professional, outstanding and reliable company.

Prosper Construction Development is a great company by far. They have some of the very best qualities and do a amazing job at what they do best. I have a family member that used Prosper Construction development to remodel there kitchen, bedroom, and living room, and I can honestly say that I am breath taking by the wonderful job they did. They had been looking for a company that can turn there home into a fabulous home then they had before, and Prosper Construction Development exceeded those expectations. They mentioned that everyone whom works at the company is great, especially Daniel whom helped them out alot during there quotes and remodeling structure until the finishing project was done.
I recently contacted them regarding a quote on remodeling my kitchen and they responded back to me very quickly and was very detailed in there response, explaining everything that they offer and all the services that they do as well. I must say that Prosper Construction development is a company that I recommend to anyone who needs something remodeled in there house. They will work with you on your structure giving you all the possible options that they offer as well. Adam & Prosper are an amazing team; kind, careful and thoughtful. The Prosper Construction crew remodeled my most recent project and they did an amazing job, they gutted the home and practically rebuilt it from inside out (including new configuration, electrical, and plumbing). I ended up proceeding with Prosper because their prices were pretty competitive, and mostly because of how informative and knowledgable they were. My fiancé was really adamant about having everything in the bathroom be symmetrical, so when the original floor plan didn't accommodate that, they essentially had to expand the plan to make it work. We ended up needed new hallway cabinets and a new bathroom partitioned into an existing room and windows make our house look so much better, it's amazing. I was initially hesitant to knocking down walls to expand the scope of the master bath, but Prosper construction development was able to come up with a design that looks amazing now it is completed.
