We believe in price transparency; you can see the cost for the most common projects on our website. We can adjust the scope of work to work with your budget. Our minimum project cost is $5,000

Our approach begins with building a connection with our clients. We schedule a meeting with one of our project managers. These professionals guide clients through the process, ensuring clarity and transparency every step of the way. We handle all aspects of the project in-house, delivering comprehensive services tailored to individual needs. Communication is central to our ethos, as we strive to exceed expectations at every stage of decision-making and implementation. Our comprehensive solution includes: 1. Architectural drawings 2. Design services facilitated by a dedicated designer, accompanying clients to showrooms to select materials that suit both their style and budget 3. Permit processing – our team liaises with the city on behalf of clients until permits are secured 4. Construction – once permits are approved and materials are prepared, construction commences. Throughout this phase, a dedicated project manager ensures clients are kept informed with regular updates on project progress 5. Post-construction cleaning, seamlessly integrated into our service offerings. We are committed to delivering a seamless and rewarding experience, from conception to completion.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are licensed general contractors, registered with the Contractors State License Board (CSLB) Lic# 1103650 With many years of experience in construction, we've worked closely with cities, inspectors, and building codes. This has helped us build strong relationships and know exactly what's needed to smoothly complete a project. All our Project Managers are registered with the CSLB, and our crews are highly dedicated!
