FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Clients should know that I offer discounts for larger projects. If you’re looking to record more than one song—whether it’s an EP or a full album—you’ll get a discount. I don’t have any hidden fees, but I do adjust pricing based on the scope of the work. Loyal clients who come back regularly also get discounts. Another way to get a significant discount is by collaborating with me on a track. Since I’m also an artist, if we do a feature together and my name is credited in the song title—even if I don’t sing but only handle the production—the price is much lower. However, whether I agree to a feature or not is my decision as a producer and composer. On the other hand, the most expensive option is when an artist wants to buy out all the rights to a song—meaning they release it as if they wrote it themselves, without crediting me at all. If they do credit me as a songwriter, typically under a 50/50 royalty split, then the pricing is much lower
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with a new client depends on what they need. If someone comes to me with nothing—no songs, no material—but wants to become an artist, then I take on the role of a producer. First, we get to know each other. I have them share the music they love, the styles they’re drawn to, and we narrow down their top three favorite artists. From there, we build an artistic identity that feels authentic to them. Next, I create music based on their references. They’ll give me three songs that give them chills, and I use that as inspiration to craft something unique while keeping their originality intact. I work with them all the way from that initial idea to the final release, making sure their music is ready to hit streaming platforms and be heard by the world. If a client comes in just to record, I try not to interfere with their creative process—especially if they’re a professional. My goal is to enhance and elevate their sound while respecting their artistic vision
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated from the Moscow Academy of Performing Arts, Film, and Television as a vocalist. So my background is originally in singing, but I’m also a multi-instrumentalist—I play almost every instrument except for brass. This gives me a deep understanding of music from different angles, whether it’s vocal production, arrangement, or instrumentation
