Our typical process for working with a new customer looks like this: Initial Discovery Call: We start with a quick call to learn about your business, goals, and current advertising efforts. Account Audit (if applicable): If you’re already running Google Ads, we’ll review your account to see what’s working and what needs improvement. Proposal & Strategy: Based on your goals and budget, we put together a custom strategy and quote. Onboarding & Setup: Once we’re aligned, we’ll handle all the setup—campaign structure, keyword research, ad copy, tracking, and more. Launch & Optimization: We launch your campaigns and begin data-driven optimizations right away to improve performance. Ongoing Management & Reporting: You’ll get regular updates and reports so you always know how your ads are performing, plus we’ll make continual adjustments to maximize ROI.

We have been managing Google Ads campaigns for over 12 years, working with a wide range of industries from home services to e-commerce. Over the years, we completed Google’s official certifications in Search, Display, and Video advertising, and I stay up to date with the latest platform changes, trends, and best practices through ongoing training and hands-on experience.
