Hi my name is Danny. Fitness is my passion and together will make your goal possible.
I have been training for over 7+years. All my previous clients have shown results.
I have the knowledge that you need to get your goal accomplished. Everything we do is science based and is proven to work.
Licenses and certifications
I have my BS degree in kinesiology ( applied fitness and lifestyle development) which means I do understand what needs to be done to get your goal accomplished. ( thanks to my major I am able to preform manual flexibility and stretching) which is extremely helpful.
Bachelors of science in Kinesiology
Certified professional trainer ( certified professional trainer) with Nasm.
I am also a stretch therapist
I have my certification in assisted stretching and mobility training
I do offer discounts on the 10 sessions and the 20 session
First meeting is paid
I accept cash, venom, Zelle, apple
I do have all the equipments that we need for our training dumbbells, barbell, kettlebells, and other more useful equipments
The point is you will have the gym experience away from the gym

Danny is an exceptional trainer. During my first session, he listened to my fitness goals and offered very expertise recommendations on how to reach those goals. He demonstrated great skill and understanding of the physical and scientific aspects of my fitness issues, and it was very encouraging to be both informed and trained. If I had difficulty performing a certain exercise, he observed it was because of my form and posture, and he showed me how to correct it. Danny is very diligent and intuitive in his fitness approach. I look forward to many more workout sessions with Danny and becoming my best physical and holistic self !
