FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
As mentioned in the introduction, there are discounts included for longer term commitments (up to 20% off). Please read my introduction for more information. If you have any questions, please send me a message.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step I always have with my clients is a free consultation, usually in-person at my training space. But, if Zoom or over the phone is a better option, we can make that happen as well. Once the consultation I have is complete, I'll have all the information I need to create your comprehensive fitness and nutrition plan. Each training cycle (endurance, hypertrophy, or strength-building) is updated every 4-6 weeks, and the nutrition targets are updated every 2 weeks, assuming I have the data I need to update them. My programs are flexible, so if at any point your goals or needs change, I can change them quickly and appropriately without hindering your results.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
