- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The costs all depend on the client's needs, size of event, quality they are looking for, type of catering if catering requested. We aim to make your event a grand success no matter the budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We speak to clients first to see what their vision is for their event and then we cater a proposal based on what they are looking for. If they agree on the proposal, we write up a contract and begin on working with them and their event or project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had my company sine 1999. I used to be publicist for Universal Music before I started my company. I have represented artists such as Boyz II Men, Destiny's Child, Marc Anthony, Tito Puente, Celia Cruz, Tyrese and many more. We have also coordinated events during Latin Grammy's, Grammy's, BET Awards, The Oscars,Billboard Awards, and major corporate events. We also have a department that handles smaller type events such as Birthday Parties, Christmas parties, small luncheons, etc. Our Wedding department is able to coordinate smaller weeding to Lavish Luxurious Weddings. A specialist is assigned to each individual to guarantee a most memorable day of their life. Yes... always attending seminars on the newsest trends as well as conferences on social media.
