Valerie Kosnevich

I am a dancer and a dance teacher. Have been in the dance sphere for more than 13 years. As a kid I started from ballet. In college I danced modern techniques and created performances for ballet recitals. Later on I trained in contemporary. Right now I am dancing street style: hip hop and hose. In addition to dance training I had to learn how to take care of my body and stay strong since different technique demands engagement of different muscle groups, so body conditioning techniques such as pilates, yoga and floor barre were part of my training as well as the deep knowledge of anatomy.
