My company is know for wonderful mouth watering foods and a friendly staff. I enjoy working with Brides, and watching the look of delight on there faces when they taste our food, and when they see there wedding cake. I have used Marie's Southern Comfort twice and both times the food and service has been excellent. The first time was for my Dad's 60th birthday. She made a soul food dinner and it was incredible. We loved our experience with her for our first party so much that we hired her again a couple of months ago for my Mother'n'law's surprise 70th Birthday Party. The food was amazing, especially the hot wings and the service was great. I will continue to use Marie's Southern Comfort for future parties.

If you are looking for fabulous tasting food, you have to call Marie. She offers excellent southern-style cooking, with a specialty in cajun and creole dishes, and adds rich, delicious desserts as well.

Marie was the greatest cater ever. She did my Valentine Birthday party for me. The food and service was excellent. Each year on Valentine's day I have a birthday bash here in Houston TX. I plan on her hosting my next birthday party in 2016.

I hired Marie as the Caterer/Event Planner for my wedding. She and her entire staff were awesome!!! I did not have to worry about anything. As a bride, that is the most important thing to me. I would hire her for another occasion!!

For my fiftieth birthday party, it was important for me to have a party that would be the talk of the town. I am so glad we hired Marie's Southern Comfort because with her on board; Mission accomplished. The most important piece to any event is the food and Marie's Southern Comfort ensured that our guests' palates would be oh so satisfied. The southern-style Cajun cuisine was simply delicious. Never have we tasted chicken that was tender, moist and just the right amount of spicy all at once. We ordered rice and beans to make it authentic and just talking about it I can almost taste them now. The blend of flavors was exquisite. Marie and her team were professional and made sure all the little details were covered for our event. My friends are still talking about the cake, "Death by Chocolate." And what a way to go. Chocolate layer cake with chocolate icing, and chocolate chips. One might think with all that chocolate, it would be overkill...but it was simply divine and perfect. I cannot express how pleased we were with everything Ms. Marie did for us. She gave me a special treat by adding a leopard over-lay on my red tablecloths. She communicated with everyone involved and found out that my red-carpet back-drop had leopard scalloped trim and kept to the theme with my tables. The original leopard woman, I was thrilled. I will not have another event that does not include the comfort I received from working with Marie's Southern Comfort.

My pricing start as low as $15.00 per person. It all depends on the menu that you choose.

I like to sit down with my client and make a list of everything that they desire, and work with them to make it happen. I like to know there budget so that I can have and ideal of just what is possible and what may not be.

I have Event planning, Event Decorating, Wedding Cake Classes, Cooking Classes and Business.
