The gentleman (Ilya)was kind and came in and looked over my dryer to see what the issue was. He explained what he was going to do and gave me a reasonable quote .. After I told him I did want the work performed. He did a great job in a timely manner. He gave me a guarantee for 4 months. If anything happened he would come out and redo it for free. If I have any issues with any other appliances I would definitely reach out to him. Highly recommended

Ilya came to assess my job and really knew his stuff. The part needed for the repair of my washing machine was a whopping $500 (he showed me the part online). He didn’t charge for the visit and estimate but I gave him something for his time because he was so great. I would definitely use him in the future if I needed repairs.

The repairman showed up on the appointment date. It was Saturday. He checked the dryer & immediately knew the issue. I like it that he is very knowledgeable. He said that the belt needs to be replaced. He then made an appointment to be back the coming Tue pm which he did. He repaired the dryer for just about an hour. That was quick! I consider him as highly skilled. The cost of the repair is worth the service. We tested the dryer immediately. We had wet washed clothes waiting to be dried. The dryer is working again & is running smoothly, with less noise than before. I like it that there is a warranty for the repair work. By the way he cleaned up the inside of the dryer using our heavy duty vacuum, including the mess on the floor. Thank you very much repairman! Sincerely, Relieved & Thankful Husband & Wife
