Sam was wonderful in all respects. It was a long round trip, and a very comfortable, and safe ride. Sam is kind, friendly, very professional and extremely accommodating. This was my sister's and my first experience with personal Chauffeur services. Sam went beyond our expectations. If there is another occasion where a personal driver is needed, there would be no question, we would definitely choose Sam. And would highly recommend him to anyone in need of Chauffeured Services. We could not have had a better or more positive experience.

I recently had an outstanding experience with Black Tie Chauffeured Services LLC. I contacted them less than 24 hours before I needed a ride, and their response time was ultra-fast. Communication was easy and efficient via text, making the entire process smooth and hassle-free. Our driver arrived 10 minutes early and took us to our destination without any issues. He waited nearby for over 2 hours while we attended our event. Afterward, he arrived on time and had proactively identified a convenient pickup location. He even sent a dropped pin, making it effortless for us to find him. The SUV was immaculate, with refreshing Fiji water and an iPhone charger available for our convenience. The entire experience was fantastic, and I will definitely be using Black Tie Chauffeured Services LLC again.
