- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices are very competitive, we truly want to help & stay on budget! We do what’s the necessary for our clients to not feel like fixing the damage will be a financial burden for them.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Usually we are able to connect with the customer to access their needs via phone and of course thank them for choosing us! We then set them up with an appt with one of our pros, whether is to do an inspection or the work itself. We try to accommodate them and of course meet their budget. We understand sometimes life is hard and unexpected & we want to make sure that we are able to help and make them feel at ease with the process and the cost.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been in business since 2015! With over 7 years of experience in the field. We are certified in every area of work we offer from HVAC to Mold Remediation, Water Restoration & Odor/Smoke removal. We have a great team of trained individuals that are truly passionate to provide the best service to our customers.
