I highly recommend working with Gerson Miro, especially if your just getting back to working out. He’s very patient and personable. His gym is perfect for one on one training.

I spent a good amount of time on the phone with this trainer and he said he definitely could train me at my house no problem. I booked the initial apt with him. Less than 24hrs before the appt he cancels stating it’s too far for him. Don’t make arrangements you can’t keep. Especially when I sent my location on Friday and it took 2 days to cancel. I’m giving an average review to be nice.
