Are you reading reviews to make a decision to hire a Home Inspection ? I STRONGLY recommend you do NOT hire Los Palmas. Tony ripped me off. His report failed twice. First was picture issues. He failed to include the Furnace. He stopped taking calls and texts. He refused to add the Furnace. I have a timeline here. So I hired PARADIGM. He responded in minutes, was at my house the same morning, my Insurance Agent had it in her inbox that evening. She loved the report! It's like interactive or printable. If you are dealing with Mercury,,, they can take a long time. This report finally PASSED ! Thank You.

What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I start by understanding their needs and expectations. Once that it is established we set an appointment to do the inspection. Afterwards, I provide a detailed report usually the same day. I always make myself available to answer any questions.
