A new tenant that was in the process of moving in complained that the master bedroom room closet smelled and was concerned about possibly being mold. I was very concerned as I didn’t smelled anything and didn’t want any issues with mold. A friend highly recommended this company so I gave them a call and left a message. Within minutes I got a call back and arranged an appointment for the next day. They answered all my questions and explained in detail their process, testing and price. They were very puntual and completed all the necessary testing and took the time to explain to my new tenant what they were doing and what they were testing for. Based on preliminary data they told the tenant that it didn’t appeared that there were any issues in the concerned area. The new tenant was relieved and very pleased with the professional explanation. The next day I received a call from the company with the testing results followed by an email with all the reports. They again answered all my questions and I was very pleased with their work. I highly recommend this company based on my experience with them.
